Welcome to Embers of Elysium (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://embersofelysium.ca (the “Site”), and any products, content, or services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to purchase from Embers of Elysium. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal smoking age and that all information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Product Information & Intended Use

Our products are natural, plant-based herbal blends intended for aromatic, ritual, or relaxation purposes.
They contain no tobacco, nicotine, or controlled substances.
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor are they approved by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other medical authority.

Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk. Embers of Elysium assumes no liability for misuse, allergic reactions, or results from combining our products with other substances.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Do not use our products if you are pregnant, nursing, or have respiratory or cardiovascular conditions.

• Always use herbal smoking blends in a well-ventilated area.

• Keep products out of reach of children and pets.

• Consult your healthcare provider if you have any concerns before use.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your health and safety when using our products.

4. Orders, Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Payment is required at checkout, and orders are processed once payment has cleared.

We may refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity, resale intent, or misuse is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Canada and select international locations.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Embers of Elysium is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or lost/stolen packages once they have been handed to the courier.
It is your responsibility to ensure your country or region permits the import of herbal products.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of herbal products, all sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, images, product names, designs, and written descriptions—is the exclusive property of Embers of Elysium and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any material from our Site without our written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
